The past performance data, which has been calculated and verified by Ernst & Young, is based on the actual verified returns of the existing investment program supplied to Ernst & Young and adjusted for the retail fee structure of the Rutherford Innovation Fund. While the Rutherford Innovation Fund will follow a similar investment process future performance will differ.
The returns achieved in our existing private equity program resulted from particular investment holdings. Although there was some commonality of investment holdings, the portfolio holdings of our existing private equity program differs from the Rutherford Fund's portfolio of investment holdings. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. It is not anticipated that returns of this magnitude will be achieved going forward.
